Introduction
This document constitutes the Privacy Policy for the website www.seventech.pl
This Privacy Policy consists of two parts:
Part I “Cookies” – concerns all Users of the website www.seventech.pl
Part II “Personal Data” – concerns all Users, whose personal data is processed by the Website Administrator.
 
Part I “Cookies”
 
1.    Cookies constitute IT data, particularly text files, which are stored on the end device of a User (device, on which a website browser is located) and are used to view the www.seventech.pl website. Cookies usually contain the name of website of their origin, time of storing them on the end device and unique number.
2.    We explain that on the www.seventech.pl website we collect only information contained in Cookies, however we do not collect any information on you stored on your device. We inform that on www.seventech.pl there are not used any tracking cookies, so file allowing to spy on Users.
3.    By using our website, you give your consent for us using Cookies for purposes described in this document. Remember that Cookies settings may be changed at any time via settings of your web browser.
4.    On our website, www.seventech.pl, we use performance Cookies, so those used to collect information on the manner of use of our website, so it works better, as well as functional Cookies, so those allowing to “remember” user settings (e.g., language, font size). Therefore, we use Cookies for the following purposes:
a.    adjust the content of www.seventech.pl website to user settings concerning the use of websites. This allows to recognize your device and appropriately display the website, adjusted to your individual needs.
b.    ensure higher safety of use of the www.seventech.pl website,
c.    create statistics, which constitutes the basis for analysis of the manner, in which users use websites.
1.    Within the framework of the www.seventech.pl website we apply two types of Cookies:
a.    session cookies, so temporary cookies, which are stored on the end device until logging out, leaving the website or closing the web browser,
b.    persistent cookies, so files that are stored on the user’s end device for the time, which is set in cookies parameters or until a user deletes them.
1.    We explain that it is very common that a web browser allows to store Cookies in the user’s end device by default. Remember that you may change Cookies settings at any time. Such settings may be changed so to block automatic Cookies handling in web browser settings or inform on every storage of Cookies in user’s end device.
2.    You may also clear your browser’s cache on your own, as a result of which you delete all Cookies.
3.    Detailed information on the possibility and ways of handling Cookies is available in your web browser’s settings (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
4.    We explain that introduction of your individual restrictions in the use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available at www.seventech.pl.
5.    Cookies stored in the user’s end device may be used by the advertisement providers and partners cooperating with the website Administrator.
 

Part II “Personal Data”
1.    We inform that in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (so called GDPR), the Administrator of your personal data is Seventech So. z o.o. ul. Szewczenki 8, 40-855 Katowice.   
2.    We may process your personal data collected, while using the www.seventech.pl website for the following purposes:
a.    for legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, inclusive of statistic and analytical purposes of the Administrator, where a legitimate interest of the Administrator is the possibility to perform analysis and statistics of activities carried out thereby - i.e. based on art. 6 it. 1 let. f) of the GDPR.
b.    in order to reply to inquiries sent by e-mail as well as allow to use a customer account. Processing shall be performed upon your consent - i.e. based on art. 6 it. 1 let. a) of the GDPR.
3.    Your personal data shall be processed only for the time, which is necessary to acquire the purpose of processing or until the consent is revoked. Your personal data shall not be profiled or subject to automatic processing by the Administrator.
4.    Remember that you may revoke your consent at any time without stating the reason thereof. You just need to write to us on: rodo@seventech.pl with the following message: “I hereby revoke the consent granted for processing of my personal data for concerning the inquiries by e-mail”. Revocation of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing of your personal data, which was performed prior to the revocation.
5.    Your personal data may be made available to an IT company within a scope, which is necessary to manage our IT systems.
6.    You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct, delete or restrict processing thereof, as well the right to request transfer of personal data to another administrator of personal data. In order to exercise the above rights, contact us on: rodo@seventech.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you find that processing of your personal data violates the GDPR provisions.
